OUR LIVES TOGETHER

Uncle Taysom was here!

A few weekends ago Jordan's youngest brother, Taysom came into town to visit us. He spent a few days hanging out with me and the girls while Jordan was at work and then him and Jordan took off for a little road trip to California. He was invited to a football camp for elite quarterbacks and it worked out perfectly for Jordan to go with him. I was really excited that Jord was able to share that time with his brother and I was actually 100% okay with him leaving me with the girls for an entire weekend - imagine that! Us girls survived and we even had a great time along the way!

It was great getting to spend some time with "Uncle Taysy" (as Taylor calls him) - especially for my girls - they loved him to pieces! Taylor still asks me every day since he was here what Taysy is doing and if we can call him, it's pretty cute! He's a really neat kid and they are SO lucky to have him as an uncle! He is also a great example to me in so many ways! Thanks for coming to visit us, Tays - we love you!

Taysom, Bentley & Taylor

Bentley loved spending time with her uncle!

Taylor loved reading her princess books with him!

The boys just getting ready to leave for California.....Taylor cried so hard when they left....not only was her daddy gone, but her new best friend "Taysy."

We bought some fresh flowers while the boys were gone to make our home extra "pretty!"

On Saturday, while the boys were gone we drove to Mesa and went shopping at Baby Bliss and then went over to the Mesa Temple to walk around the visitor center and the temple grounds. It was a beautiful day and I loved spending time with my daughters!

We got to be CRAZY! In this picture, Taylor stole Trigger's collar and was jumping off the couch......never a dull moment!

Taylor is SO much fun to be around and she is at such a fun age! We had fun staying up late, making a bed in the family room, watching movies and eating popcorn!

These are the pajama's that Tay picked out while her daddy was out of town - her daddy's work shirt, just her size and a pair of her boxer shorts!

We went for walks to the park. Bentley is sitting up in the stroller now - I can't believe it!

Taylor had fun at the park, but she HAD TO take her purse & lip gloss!

I LOVE these matching dresses for the girls and I had so much fun getting them ready for church on Sunday!

It was my first Sunday at church with two kids and no husband - we actually did really good, but we missed him a ton!

We tried singing songs out of the hymn books on Sunday, but Bentley just wanted to eat the pages and Taylor's attention span didn't last very long.

Even though we had SO MUCH FUN just us girls, our favorite part of the weekend was when daddy came home to be with us!
