CAN'T RESIST!

OVER THE WEEKEND WE WENT TO OLD NAVY TO SEE IF WE COULD FIND TAYLOR A FEW OUTFITS FOR SCHOOL SINCE SHE CONTINUES TO GROW LIKE A WEED (STRANGE HOW THAT HAPPENS SO QUICKLY)! JORD & I DON'T FEEL AS BAD BUYING NEW CLOTHES FOR TAYLOR SINCE WE ALREADY KNOW THAT THEY WILL GET USED IN THE FUTURE (BENTLEY & HAYDEN ARE JUST SO LUCKY)! WE FOUND SOME GREAT DEALS ON THE CLEARANCE RACK - LIKE ALWAYS OLD NAVY HAS A GREAT CLEARANCE SECTION - BUT IN OUR QUEST TO HELP TAYLOR'S WARDROBE, I OF COURSE FIND THINGS FOR THE OTHER TWO AS WELL. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO RESIST BUYING CUTE THINGS IN BENTLEY & HAYDEN'S SIZES WHEN THEY ARE COMPLETELY STOCKED WITH TAYLOR'S OLD CLOTHES? I HAVEN'T SOLVED THIS ONE YET, BUT WHILE WE WERE AT THE STORE I CONVINCED MYSELF THAT IT WASN'T FAIR TO THE YOUNGER TWO FOR TAYLOR TO BE THE ONLY ONE GETTING SOMETHING NEW! AT LEAST EVERYTHING I PICKED OUT FOR THEM COST LESS THAN $3 AN ITEM! NOT BAD SHOPPING AT ALL!

HAYDEN'S FIRST SWIMSUIT OF HER VERY OWN (NOT A HAND-ME-DOWN). I COULD TELL SHE REALLY LIKED IT & IT COST LESS THAN $2! HOW COULD I NOT BUY IT?

THE GIRLS LOVE BEING OUTSIDE SO SWIMSUITS ARE PRACTICALLY AN OUTFIT IN OUR HOUSE!

Pretty toes......

Taylor Brie & Bentley Reese
3 1/2 years old & 1 1/2 years old

"Look mommy! Sparklies!" They said this the entire week that they lasted!

I love these tiny feet!

The Little Sisters......

Bentley & Hayden are little buddies (well all three of them are), but Bentley has really made the transformation from my little baby to a little girl. She LOVES Hayden and she LOVES being her big sister. The other day we were driving home after running errands all day and Hayden was ready to be home and fed and everything else. As she was crying, Bentley was the one saying, "Shh Shh Shh. It's okay honey. We almost home. It's okay!" SO PRECIOUS! She also will sing songs to her and Hayden responds by kicking her legs, waving her chubby little arms and smiling shaking her head side to side. Hayden is one lucky little girl to have Taylor and Bentley to watch out for her (although I'm pretty sure that Hayden will be able to hold her own pretty well)! Hayden is without a doubt my happy, chubby baby and I really don't think that there is enough time in the day to squeeze & love her. She loves to suck her thumb and smile at her big sisters. She has only been in this world a short time and you can already tell how much she loves and adores her sisters - you can see it in her eyes! Taylor will sometimes say, "Mom, her eyes are sparkling at me!" And I tell her that it's because she loves her so much! It's so true!

Bentley is a wonderful big sister and loves helping take care of Hayden. Her favorite things to do with Hayden are "hold her on her lap" and hold her binky. She will tell me, "Mommy, Hayden needs her binky.....I hold it for her!" And next thing I know, Bentley has it in her mouth!

Can you say chubby bunny?

Hayden went swimming for her first time last week and she LOVED it! Bentley was freezing within minutes (like always) and since Hayden has a little extra meat on her, she loved the cold water!

I had to include this recent video of Bentley!

Taylor's 1st Day of Preschool.......

Well, our little Taylor had her first day of preschool today and..........she missed it! She has been SO sick since Sunday night and I had to keep her home. I'm so bummed that she missed her very first day of school, but I guess that stuff happens. We drove out to Queen Creek (way East Valley) on Sunday night for a August birthday dinner and on our journey back home (we had just started might I add), Taylor started throwing up in the car. That was an experience, but most of all we just felt so bad for her. We made it home and poor thing has basically had a temp of 102.9 since then. I'm taking her to the doctor today and hopefully we can get her all better in time for preschool on Thursday. I'm so excited about this stage in her life. She's getting so grown up which is scary and wonderful all at the same time. There is a lady in our ward that will be her teacher and she will go on Tuesday/Thursday from 9:00 - 11:30. Everything about her preschool program seems so great and I can't wait to see all that Taylor gets to do and learn. For now, just need to get our little girl healthy again!

A few weeks back Taylor received a letter in the mail from her teacher - She's a PRESCHOOLER!

These pictures are from last week when we went to Taylor's Preschool Open House to meet her teacher. She was SO excited and wanted to wear a dress!

This is Taylor today - Poor thing has been sick since Sunday night. Hopefully she will be all better in time for school on Thursday! I just couldn't resist talking this video - it's proof that her little body was getting the rest it so desperately needed! And YES, that really is her snoring!

Hayden's Blessing Day!

On Sunday, we blessed our third baby girl! It was an extremely special day and Jordan once again gave an incredibly beautiful blessing. He never remembers what he said so I have to tell him, but I loved how he talked about her sisters. He blessed her with strength to keep up with them, but he also said she would be a good example and they would both look to her for strength and guidance throughout their little lives. It made me realize how lucky they are to have each other and what an incredible opportunity I have to be their mother. Of course they will fight and get angry with one another, but they will always have each other to lean on. That's something pretty special! The day was perfect and I'm so thankful that so many of our family members were able to be a part of it. Thank you everyone for driving out to Goodyear to see our little Hayden!

Hayden Noelle Hill - Blessed August 2, 2009 (11 weeks old). This is the blessing dress that all the girls have worn - we're just glad that it still fit Hayden, we were kind of worried!

A bunch of my family was able to come and be apart of Hayden's special day. Thank you everyone for coming all the way to Goodyear! (Grandma Phillis, Joe, Natalie, and their boys were also there - just not in the pic)

The Hill's - Taysom, Dex, Grandpa Dougie, Grandma Bug w/ Hayden, Jord & Beny, Me & Tay and Celeste - What a great family we have!

Us with our little girls! Can't believe we just blessed our 3rd daughter!

We are definitely two lucky parents! LOVE this little angel!
