Our Easter...

We spent Easter morning watching the girls open their Easter baskets and going on an Easter Egg Hunt in the backyard after breakfast. I completely adore watching them run around together in laughter! They had a lot of fun and even helped each other find every last one! The rest of the morning was pretty hectic getting ready for church and I really wish that I would have balanced our time better to have taken some pictures of the girls before church, but that's okay - I got some shots after that will work just fine! Especially since they normally pull their hair out and remove all clothing right when they walk in the door, so I won't complain! We drove out to Chandler that night for a family Easter /April B-Day Dinner and it was a really nice relaxing evening.

I am very thankful for my family and for The Savior being a part of our lives! We are truly blessed to have the knowledge of the gospel and I pray that my children will continue to grow closer and closer to our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ throughout their lives.

The girls on Easter morning! Their baskets were hidden this year and they had a blast trying to find them! I think the Easter Bunny will do that every year now!

Taylor dove right into the chocolate....

....And Bentley was thrilled to eat a "cookie" at 7:30 am!

A quick picture of Taylor right before church!

Taylor Brie and Bentley Reese - LOVE THEM!

I wish I could have taken more pictures of them in their Easter dresses, but this is about all they could handle after 3 hours of church and no lunch or naps (we have church from 11 -2 pm). I had to bribe them with candy just to take these pictures and of course they are chewing starbursts in almost everyone! Don't get me wrong - I'm thankful for these!

Little Imaginations.....

Here are a few conversations that I overheard Taylor and Bentley having today while they were playing and I had to write them down.................

CONVERSATION #1

Taylor: "Where are you going Beny?"

Bentley: "Goffing."

Taylor: "You're going golfing? How fun!"

Bentley: "Yeah!"

Taylor: "Where you going golfing at?......The grass?"

Bentley: "Yeah!"

* We watched the Masters over the weekend so I'm guessing that is where this conversation came from.

CONVERSATION #2

Taylor: "I am SO angry!"

Bentley: (Just staring at her big sister)

Taylor: "I am SO angry and I am the Hulk! The pink and green Hulk!"

Me: "Tay, why are you so angry?"

Taylor: "I'm not, Mom! We're just playing!"

* Shouldn't little girls be playing something other than The Hulk? I guess since it was the "pink & green" hulk that makes it more girlie! They sure make me laugh!

Daddy Daughter Camp Out.....

Jordan took the girls on their very 1st Daddy Daughter Camp Out with our ward last night. I have to say it is one of the cutest things I have ever witnessed - seeing my girls SO EXCITED to spend some time with their amazingly fun DAD! And Jordan equally excited to take them! They left late yesterday afternoon and got back home a few hours ago. I missed them quite a bit and my heart was seriously giggling when I saw them today! They are such incredible little girls that are growing up right before my eyes! I am so thankful for them in my life and especially for a husband that is so loving and constantly thoughtful towards each of us. With each child that we have together (which means "girl") I learn more and more that he was truly made to have daughters! He is an amazing father and husband! Everyone in this Hill House is pretty lucky to have him!

As for the camping report that I received from them - EVERYTHING WENT GREAT! I think that was the best part of it all for me, getting to hear all the details that I wasn't able to witness myself. Unfortunately, Jordan didn't take any pictures so I made them tell me all about their time together. Of course it rained last night and this morning, but Jord and the girls told me that they did just fine and they didn't even wake up once in the middle of the night! Man, I wish they would do that at home these days! I could tell from their smiling little faces that they had a wonderful time with their dad. Even better......I knew that they missed me and were happy to see me again! It's nice to feel loved by such precious little treasures!

These are the treats that Taylor & Bentley picked out to take camping with their dad - TOO CUTE!

Saying goodbye - they are off for a fun adventure!

This is what they are doing right now - I think they had a good time!

MUSICAL ROOMS.....

At the beginning of the year we started moving all the rooms around to get ready for our next little one. We moved the girls together into the old guest room and made Taylor's old room the nursery and Bentley's old room is now the Guest Room/Play Room.

The BIG NEWS now as of about a week ago is that Bentley is now in a BIG GIRL bed! She is so grown up being the sweet little 18 month old that she is! We love her to pieces and already know she is going to be a wonderful big sister just like her big sister, Taylor. Although dramatic at times, life is pretty good having girls!

Here she is taking her very 1st nap in her BIG GIRL bed!

Spring Break with the Fam!

My wonderful family came to visit us a few weeks ago over their Spring Break. I don't know how many times they have made that drive from Colorado, but WOW we sure LOVE them a lot for taking on that journey so many times just to be with us! We had so much fun and even made some awesome improvements to our home while they were here. Thanks, Dad so much for sharing all your amazing talents! We LOVE our new ceiling fan and light "improvement" over our new kitchen table! You really are something else! The girls ask everyday when you guys are coming back to visit! Lots of Love to you all and can't wait to be together again!

The girls with their Grandpa Wally! They LOVE him!

One of my favorite things lately - Watching the girls hold hands!

We took a walk over at Estrella park one day and it was just beautiful! Taylor liked chasing the ducks with her Aunt Paige.

Just the girls!

Us girls went to the mall one afternoon to help my sister find a dress for her Senior Prom. I'm still shocked that she is old enough to be a Senior in High School. Taylor and Bentley loved watching her try on so many beautiful dresses!

Ready for a day of fun!

We went to Tempe to visit ASU for my sister one day while they were here. She wanted to tour the campus to see if that was the place she wanted to go next fall. Again, I am shocked that my baby sister is going to College! It was a beautiful day and we had tons of fun walking around and getting free stuff from an event that was going on right there on campus!

We celebrated Easter a little early and went & saw the Easter Bunny and decorated Easter eggs.

Taylor with her Daddy - "Hands on your hips" is how Taylor poses for pictures 99.9% of the time!

Little Sweet Beny!

I love this Happy Smile!

The Grandparents!!!

Me, Beny & Paigey

The girls got new chairs to go with the little pink table that they got for Valentine's Day. Jordan couldn't put those things together fast enough. Between them wanting to help and wanting to sit down right away - they were pretty EXCITED!!!!

We were also able to go to a Dodgers Spring Training game. It was a fun night and overall a GREAT week with my AWESOME fam! Miss you guys already!
