This morning we made our second visit to West Valley hospital since living here in Goodyear. I guess I have been writing too many posts about PINK because our little Taylor has pink eye - her first time! I really blame myself because of all the fuss I have made lately about how our world revolves around the color pink. How else could she have gotten it, right?
It wasn't a life or death situation to travel to the emergency room (thank goodness), but since noticing something going on with her left eye yesterday afternoon to this morning having it all swollen and gross, we didn't want to take any chances waiting another day to get it treated. It was a miserable nights sleeping having her wake up every couple hours saying "My eye hurts!" so we REALLY wanted to get the problem solved right away! Besides I think it has already traveled into the other eye - YIKES!
It was a very short trip to the hospital. We got the medicine we needed and hopefully it will kick into high gear and get rid of something pink that we DON'T want in our lives! Taylor has such a tender heart, but she is very brave! She survived yet another tough hurdle in her young precious life! Can't wait to see what her future holds!
Of course she had to take her purse with lip gloss to the hospital - what a girl!
It wasn't the happiest of morning for our little Princess!

Oh poor little Taylor! She is just way too cute though with her purse and her lip gloss. You're such a nice Mom to let her take it with her. Hope it gets well soon so Taylor can get back to her normal spunky self. We love you Taylor!!!
That's so sad about her pink eye!! I hope it gets better super soon!! She still looks adorable though even when she cries. She's such a beautiful girl. I can't believe how big Bentley is getting either!! SHe is so so cute!! I love em both so much and miss you guys!! GOod luck and hope Tay gets feelin better!! And good luck with the race Megs!!
