I have been a stay at home mom for 6 months now and I am LOVING it! We have so much fun during the day and each day is a new adventure for us! Goodyear just seems like the place we are supposed to be right now in our lives. We have a great house, an awesome ward where we have already made a ton of friends, and a wonderful family that just keeps growing!
For the past 2 1/2 months, the girls and I have been attending a playgroup with a bunch of other mom's and their kids from my ward. We get together every Wednesday at someones house or a park or some place fun for the kids (and us moms)! Taylor is in absolute heaven with so many friends just her age to play with! My favorite thing is to see her happy and get so excited, but a close 2ND is being able to have some much needed adult time of my own to visit with other mom's going through a lot of the same things I am at this point in our lives.
Thank you Jord, for allowing me the opportunity to stay home with our girls and spend so much quality time with them! It means so much to me to be able to do that! You truly are the glue that keeps us all together! We love you!

Cute pictures. I'm so glad that you are happy where you are. Enjoy your trip this weekend. Call me when you guys get back. I know you have family coming in town but we'd still love to maybe get together SAturday or something. Miss you lots!
isn't that the truth... we are so lucky to be able to stay at home BUT not only that, we are a so LUCKY that we WANT to stay at home and think it IMPORTANT to be with our kids threw this time.

Your girls are so fortunate to have you home with them. It sounds like you all have a great time. I'm sure something new every day to experience. It is fun for you to have so many good friends to share ideas with and let the kids play together.
